Please read these terms carefully

By accessing or using https://www.digitalhealthreporter.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not expressly agree, please do not access or use the Site. These Terms govern your relationship with Digital Health Reporter (“us”, “we”, “our”), owned and operated by Digital Health Associates Private Limited, having its registered office at:

  • Flat 102, Plot-3, Sec-14, Siddhivinayak,
New Panvel, Navi Mumbai,
Mumbai City, Maharashtra – 410206.

Agreement Overview

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Health Associates Private Limited governing your use of Digital Health Reporter and its related services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (or if not, that you've received your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Site and that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf).

1. Description of Services

Digital Health Reporter is an AI-powered digital newsletter and intelligence platform that provides:

  • Curated digital health news
  • AI-generated summaries based on user-selected keywords
  • Research article references
  • Related video resources
  • Personalized newsletter generation
  • AI credit-based features including agentic workflows

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

1.1 Editorial Newsletters (Free Access)

We publish curated newsletters based on fixed themes and keywords. Users may subscribe to receive these newsletters via email.

1.2 AI-Generated Newsletters

Users may generate personalized newsletters using keywords of their choice. These newsletters are:

  • Automatically generated
  • Based on publicly available internet sources
  • Summarized using AI systems
  • Displayed with the original source cited
  • Users may save up to five (5) newsletters in their library under the Free Tier. Saved newsletters remain visible in the user dashboard. However, only subscribed newsletters will continue to generate and be delivered periodically.

1.3 AI Credit System

Certain features, including advanced newsletter generation and agent-based workflows, require credits. Credits reset monthly. Credits do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Digital Health Reporter reserves the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at its sole discretion.

2. Nature of AI-Generated Content

The personalized newsletters and summaries are generated using automated AI systems. Content is derived from publicly available news sources. Sources are cited. A validation mechanism is used to assess source credibility. However:

  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
  • The platform does not independently verify every fact in referenced sources.
  • We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party sources referenced in generated newsletters.
  • All content is provided strictly for informational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, investment, or professional advice.
  • Users must independently verify information before making decisions. The platform is not a clinical decision-support system and should not be relied upon for patient care, regulatory compliance, or investment decisions.

3. User Consent

All visitors to the Site shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOU. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through the Site are our sole property. At our discretion, we may offer additional Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current Service, and this Agreement shall apply to all additional Services and/or products and all updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. We hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the Services and/or products. You, as the end user, acknowledge, accept, and agree that we shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services, after posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes, and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised, or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided "AS IS".

3. Account Registration

To subscribe or generate newsletters, users must create an account and provide accurate information, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organization (if applicable)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription Model

Free Tier

One fixed editorial newsletter subscription. Up to five saved keyword-based newsletters. Limited monthly AI generation access.

Paid Tier

Additional AI credits. Access to advanced AI agentic workflows. Enhanced generation limits. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be provided for unused credits or partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer AI models or workflows.
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits.
  • Share account credentials.
  • Use AI outputs for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
  • Use automated systems to access the platform in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Unauthorized commercial redistribution of newsletters is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, AI systems, workflows, and software associated with Digital Health Reporter are the property of Digital Health Associates Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

Users may

  • Share links to newsletters.
  • Reference summaries with attribution.

Users may not

  • Republish full newsletters commercially.
  • Reproduce AI outputs at scale.
  • Use platform-generated data to build competing services.

7. Third-Party Sources

Digital Health Reporter may reference or link to third-party content, including news websites, research journals, and video platforms. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for such third-party content. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any referenced content at our discretion, including in response to complaints or legal requests.

8. Data Usage and Analytics

We may use user activity and engagement data to:

  • Improve platform performance
  • Suggest relevant newsletters
  • Personalize user experience
  • Process keyword inputs and interaction data to generate newsletters and improve AI performance.
  • We do not sell user data to third parties.
  • All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. No Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

  • Digital Health Associates Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months, whichever in lower, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of credit systems
  • Fraudulent activity

Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, saved newsletters and associated credits may be permanently removed. No refunds shall be issued upon account termination.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Health Associates Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of AI-generated content
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and Digital Health Associates Private Limited and do not confer any rights upon any third party.

14. No Partnership or Joint Venture

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Digital Health Associates Private Limited.

15. Waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that provision or any other provision.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

Subject to Section 21 (Dispute Resolution), these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

20. Force Majeure

Digital Health Associates Private Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or natural disasters.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If such dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Act. Subject to the foregoing arbitration clause, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing arbitral awards or where arbitration is not legally permissible.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Health Associates Private Limited regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
